RIP Harold Ramis
(November 21, 1944 - February 24, 2014)
One of the first people who ever introduced me to the mere idea that ANYTHING could be funny was Harold Ramis. Of course, I mean after I became a fully self-aware, productive member of kid society.. I'm sure that when I was days old, I thought the sound of my own diarrhea was the fucking funniest thing in history. One of the first movies I ever remember seeing is Caddyshack and I can recall thinking, "Yeah, I'm going to be a caddy when I grow up." Which is weird, because you'd think after watching that movie, I'd want to be Chevy Chase. Anyway, I'm just super glad that I saw Ghostbusters shortly after, because I've definitely never wanted to be anything more than I remember wanting to be a Ghostbuster.
